By accessing and using SNAK on drive ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

SNAK on drive is a food ordering platform that allows customers to order food from participating gas stations for pickup.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You may register using your email address or phone number
• You must provide accurate, current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 13 years or older to create an account

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Placement

• All orders are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4.2 Payment

• Payment is required at time of order (card) or at pickup (cash)
• We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and cash at pickup
• If you choose to pay with cash at pickup and do not pick up your order, your account will be locked from using cash payments for future orders; you must pay with a card from that point forward
• All payments are in USD
• Sales tax will be added where applicable

4.3 Refunds

• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• Contact support for refund requests
• Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days

5. Pickup and Delivery

5.1 Pickup

• Orders must be picked up within 2 hours
• Unclaimed orders will not be refunded
• Present order confirmation at pickup

5.2 Food Safety

• We follow all food safety regulations
• Inspect your order before leaving
• Report issues immediately

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Harass or abuse our staff
• Submit false or fraudulent orders
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

• All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by SNAK on drive
• You may not use our branding without permission

7.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit
• You grant us a license to use your content (reviews, photos)

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

• The Service is provided "AS IS"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Features may change without notice

8.2 Food Allergies

• You are responsible for communicating allergies
• We make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee allergen-free food

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order
• We are not responsible for third-party actions

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
• Major changes will be notified via email

12. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations
• You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Termination does not affect pending orders

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
